2007 Ash Phoenix limited edition poetry collections.

In March, 2007 Ash Phoenix Books released two titles, The Minotaur's Last Letter to his Mother, by JoSelle Vanderhooft, and Blood and Brine, by Jaime Lee Moyer. These collections presented the works of two powerful new poetic voices, and Ms. Vanderhooft's work was placed into consideration for the Bram Stoker Award for Best Poetry Collection of 2007.

BLOOD AND BRINE

Blood and Brine is a chapbook of thirty-seven poems, sixteen of which appeared only in this collection.

Jaime Lee Moyer's poetry has appeared in Strange Horizons, Mythic Delirium, The Fifth Di, Illumen, Star*Line, Raven Electrick, The Sword Review, Dreams and Nightmares, Lone Star Stories, Flashquake, Beyond Centauri and the special edition chapbook, On Our Way to Battle: Poetry From the Trenches. Her first poetry chapbook, Blood and Brine, came out in March of 2007 and her poetry has been nominated for both the 2006 and 2007 Rhysling Award.
